Q- Are your appliances used?
Our inventory consist primary of new appliances but we also
keep a selection of used appliances.
Q- Do you sell water heaters and A/C units?
No, however in the future we might offer those appliances in
our store.
Q- Do your appliances have any guarantee?
Yes, every appliance we sell comes with a warranty. Most of
our appliances retain the original factory one year warranty.
Q- Can I get and extended warranty?
On our appliances with factory warranties we offer extended
warranties starting at $149.00 adding four years on top of its one your manufactures’
warranty.
Q- Do you sell parts?
If you need parts, you can give our parts line a call at

Q- Do you rent/lease appliances?
Though we have done rent to own in the past we no longer
offer that option; however we do offer layaway plans and you can apply for GE
Capital credit in the store.
Q- If we don’t close on our house till next month can you
hold the appliances there?
Yes, we have a designated are of the store where we place
our sold merchandise at no cost.
Q- Do you buy appliances?
No, at this time we are not purchasing appliances.
Q- Does everything work?
Yes, we have our own appliance technicians here at the store
that goes through all our appliances before we put them on the floor.
Q- Who do I call if something breaks?
For our new appliances you’d call the manufacture or us
depending upon the warranty. If you have trouble with a used appliance you
would give us a call within the warranty period.
Q- What is your return policy?
You would need to call your sales associate and If approved,
a returned appliance might be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Q- Can we cancel a layaway?
You can but all layaway refunds are subject to a six month
in store credit.
